Flat roofs and Front Range weather
Low-slope commercial roofs collect everything our climate throws at them. Hail bruises membranes, UV breaks down the surface, ponding water finds every low spot, and freeze-thaw cycles pry open seams. A well-chosen system installed with attention to drainage, insulation and flashing details will last 25 years. A poorly installed one will leak in five.
What we install
Single-ply TPO and PVC membranes are our most common commercial installs. Seams are hot-air welded into a continuous sheet, insulation is tapered where needed to kill ponding, and every curb, drain and penetration is flashed with manufacturer-approved details that keep the system warranty intact.
For buildings with pitched roofs, standing-seam metal delivers the same hail and fire resistance it does on homes with the longest service life of any system. For roofs that are aging but structurally sound, a silicone or acrylic coating can add 10 to 15 years at a fraction of replacement cost.
Hail claims for commercial property
Commercial storm claims are larger and more scrutinized than residential ones. We provide core samples, infrared moisture scans and detailed scope documentation, and we meet the adjuster and any engineer the carrier sends. For property managers with multiple buildings, we can inspect a whole portfolio after a storm and report on each.
Maintenance programs
Most commercial roof failures start as a clogged drain or an open seam that nobody noticed. Our maintenance program puts a technician on your roof twice a year to clear drains, check seams and flashings, fix small issues on the spot and photograph the roof’s condition for your records. It’s the cheapest way to make a commercial roof reach its full life.
